Returning Your Order
Once you receive your order you have 30 days to return it. As long as it is unopened and unused. We’ll issue you a full refund of the product cost within 10 working days of receiving it back at Shave shop HQ. Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact us to request a returns number. Without this number, it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.

We aim to ship all orders within one working day, so if you want to cancel your order please contact us quickly!
Return Postage Costs
If you are returning a product because you no longer want it, you will be required to pay any postage costs associated with returning the item to us. If a product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us, After either issuing a replacement or a refund.
If a product is faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement repair or a full refund for the cost of the specific product.
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. Please note, this process can take between 10-15 days. All items must be returned for inspection in a suitable condition to be handled. Any items that are not returned in such condition may not be sent for inspection. In this instance, the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
We aim to assess and authorise returns in 5-10 working days. You will then receive instructions for returning your item. Please securely package returns to protect them during transit, and request a proof of postage in case the product goes missing. Please note, Shave shop can only refund the order cost, not postage or shipping fees incurred in returning the item.
