A good skincare regime typically involves the following steps:
Cleansing:
Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup from your skin. Choose a cleanser that suits your skin type, whether it’s dry, oily, or combination. Using warm water and a face cloth combined with your cleanser will help remove any stubborn patches that got missed. When you feel like you have accomplished the cleansing process run the face cloth under the cold tap and remove any trace of your cleanser. Open out the cold face cloth and compress on the area for about 30 seconds.
Treatments
Now your skin is looking and feeling super clean now would be a good time to use any treatments you might need to apply to help address your specific skin concerns, such as acne, hyperpigmentation, or fine lines. Some products that I use myself.

Moisturising

Exfoliation:
Depending on your skin type, exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. Avoid harsh scrubs and opt for organic exfoliants instead. Examples of these would be-
Baking soda
Ground oatmeal
Coffee grounds
Ground sugar
Damping your face cloth and apply one of the above to the cloth.
Press the cloth against the skin and move in a light circular motions to remove any dead skin that has built up during the week.
Hydration:
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day to maintain healthy, glowing skin. I find this product best for maintaining a good level of moisture.
